Many thanks to Craig and his apprentice for coming at short notice to resolve our TV reception difficulties. An old small component in our cable system had finally failed, causing certain signal loss and poor signal quality. Craig and his apprentice worked competently and systematically through possible causes to find the underlying problem and restored quality signal strength across all the channels. I asked Jim's Antennas to quote on a replacement TV aerial. Tom phoned to confirm the appointment and came on site to do the quote. I thought that Tom was very customer focused with a good interpersonal relationship and was a good representative of the Jim's brand.
