Would recommend them to anyone who has a sleep aponea problem.They go out of their way to help you try several apparatus over a 5 week program to find the right setup for you.TORI was my helper and you couldn't find a more helpful person and excellent in her profession.

One of the consultant is not good in entertaining their client. I bought cpap there when I change my cpap to no moisturiser she change her attitude to not very entertaining and in hurry to finish the transaction. When I asked for instalment she said they don't have it I should go a third party party scheme without explaining or helping me how to do it.

Please do not waste your money with this company. They have old machines and SOME staff members do not know how to treat customers, do not know about their product range. I have wasted approx. $250 for the trail and I did not buy the machine. Products are pricy as well. There are other stores in Adelaide provide better service and better price with new machines to trail.

The team at Respirico Salisbury were fantastic, everyone there were so friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I walked away with all the help I needed throughput my therapy trial to purchasing my cpap machine at the end of the trial. A special Thankyou to Michelle who saw me every week and gave me encouragement throughout the trial.

I would never use this company again I ended up going to West Lakeshore at Bartley Terrace and I got . Treated really wrong by the staff who works there I would never recommend this company to anyone Royal Adelaide hospital Paying for me to have a CPAP machine I went back to the Royal Adelaide Hospital and told them that I'm handing the machine back to this company

They were very helpful, explained things well during the study , and helped me make an informed decision. Best result is going from 20 events an hour to under 10, and improving every week . Very happy with my choice of using their services

This company has an amazing customer service 10/10, they get out of their way to help and support customers. Phone questions answered and if not a technician will call back or attent your premises to explain and give a solution to the problem. I highly recommend them.
