Last two years, I’ve ordered special order lychee and durian cakes for friend’s birthday. It was fresh, moist & yummy. This time , since it’s a small get together, ordered B52 kahlua cream 6” cake. Order was received on time and when we cut it in the restn, cake was so dry, not fresh tasting cake & the sides didn’t look anywhere like in the cake image !! Felt embarrassed in front of friends and didn’t utter any word. Was the cake made few days earlier? I don’t know. Price was good, owner was good but this time the cake was very poor quality!! Moreover , cake was so dry cake slided from the base cardboard!! Very disappointing!!!They should’ve a quality control !!

Very quick in getting my order ready within a days notice. Ordered B52. Was very yummy and interesting combination of layers. Biscuit base could be more compacted, it was all crumbled when we cut it. The menu online was not updated and I was charged more than I thought.

We ordered a huge square raspberry chocolate cake for a birthday. It had lots of different layers - biscuit, raspberry mousse, chocolate sponge, ganache, whole raspberry jelly, choc flakes and cream (I think). There was a large white chocolate disc with the birthday greetings piped onto it.It was delicious and I highly recommend.

Coffee great! However my pastie was inedible - burnt to a crisp. Threw it in the bin. Woman serving, Asian lady / approximately mid 50s, was hopeless! Why oh why is she working in customer service? Slow. Didn’t appear to know what she was doing. Lost and confused. Bizarre experience!

Meridian Patisserie is a hidden gem. I’ve been a customer for many years and it never disappoints.. the pies and small treats are fantastic but the real winner are their large cakes … also they have unique recipes that are delicious.. my most recent purchase was a slab cake of Cointreau flavoured sponge and chocolate mouse cake topped with mandarins .. a unique and amazing tasting cake. I highly recommend meridian patisserie.

Best Tiramisu in ADELAIDE. Hands down, none of the fake stuff. Taste like a real fricken Tiramisu. I can’t explain. I DON’T HAVE A PHOTO cos I ate it all. Try it

Very disappointed.... Have ordered many of cakes over the years from here. Today I drove 45mins to collect a birthday cake for my wife I pre-ordered 2 weeks ago. Only to be told that it hadn't been done and was forgotten... Completely unacceptable.. Now I'm without a cake for my wife's birthday. Maybe look at having a proper ordering system like an order book instead of quickly writing people's orders on a piece of paper and sticking it behind a million different dockets. Not impressed and won't be back unprofessional...

Two weeks ago, I had ordered a 6inch cake for a good friend’s birthday. Came out dry and stale! Was even hard to cut across!! Felt embarrassed!! Had ordered previously two times special orders-durian & lychees cakes.Thos we’re good. This time came out so bad!! Will not patronise this bakery anymore again!!
