Im living in Melbourne but i have to bought Zo product from spa moment . Christina is the best and amazing consultant who helped me with Zo products. She gave me a good routine for day and night . After few moths im follow up , My skin have changed a lot . Im very appreciated.

i purchased products online from Spa Moment on 11May 2023 and I have not received my product during after 15 days , I have emailed lot of 5 times and have not responded. Very poor service attitude....

This is a message to anyone who needs any type of beauty treatment done from facials to massages or anything at all i highly recommend going to see the staff at spa moment they all do a excellent job i have been using this salon for the past 7 years and what a amazing salons they have thankyou so much to all the staff doing a fantastic job keep up the great work

very poor customer service. made a purchase online, zero communication on shipping, had to chase them up on social media to get an update. they've deleted my comments on social media and blocked me from viewing their accounts. there are other complaints which are being deleted as well. also found out that they are NOT authorized stockists of Skinceuticals. Do your research before purchasing from them

I came here for a full body massage a few weeks ago and added in the one that included a social foot treatment. It was more expensive but I literally just put my feet into a bucket of hot water with teabags in it for about 5 mins, my feet were dried, then the full body massage started. I paid for one hour and didn't really enjoy it. It felt like the masseuse had no energy. I've been here once before and it was alright, but I don't think I'll come back for another try, the quality wasn't worth the money.

Review related to product purchase only.I purchased products online from Spa Moment on 26th Dec, products were not posted until I followed up twice late Jan. The parcel then got lost and apparently the products had to be resent. It was a nightmare trying to get them to reorganize this. Whenever you call all you can do is leave your number. Emails require follow ups before there will be a response. I asked for a new tracking number for the supposedly resent parcel and they sent me a photo of their computer screen with the old tracking details which says the parcel will arrive in Jan (the past).To date I have no idea if I will get the products I paid for, and may need to go through the long winded process to report this to the right authorities.I advise against purchasing online from this place.

I purchased $270 worth of creams online & one month later no products. Have sent several emails & made phone calls with no response. Guess I will be putting a complaint into ACCC. Don’t waste your time or money on this company.
