Reception waited patiently for me to check in, which was awesome, really appreciated that and she was very friendly. The room itself was great, nice and clean. The servo was right there so it was easy to get anything quick if I needed it. And it wasn’t too far from woolies, Coles and a few restaurants, just down the road.

Friendly service from both ladies at reception! Staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and to cater to my personal and individual needs. Clean and spacious rooms in a great location!! Quiet rooms and all amenities provided were fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to others. 5 stars Thankyou!!

Rooms are clean and tidy, a/c can stay on while you pop out for the day which is awesome coming home to a cool room, especially for our toddler having an afternoon sleep.Standard showers, always seem to lack pressure but thats anywhere ya go. All in all 5☆

Good size and appointed room in one of only 3 motels in the Browns Plains area. The closest retail outlet that was within walking distance was the service station, so, it was necessary to drive to the restaurant/pub/club or the Grand Plaza for meals. Our stay was over a weekend, and for some reason, our room did not get serviced on either day. I had to request fresh towels on both days even though I was assured on the Saturday that the room was meant to be serviced, and would be on the Sunday. Maybe, it was because new management took over that weekend.

Receptionist was nice. Room was very spacious, clean and tidy with a king sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, wardrobe and safe, tv and a work desk. Bathroom was very nice and tidy with toiletries provided. I would stay here again.
