Our family has had a number of properties which have been managed by Regional Strata Nowra. We have found them to be professional and prompt in dealing with issues as they arise. Their fee structure is in line with other Property Managers in the area that we have researched. Strata/Community Titled properties are always a balance of negotation and compromise and Regional Strata, in my opinion, do this well. We highly recommend them as Property Managers to anyone falling under these titles and looking for experienced and professional managers.

Phillip Baxter has been our strata manager since December 2021 and I am happy to recommend Phillip and his team to others.During that time, he has been able to arrange rapid action to resolve our maintenance problems as they occur using local tradespeople.He has brought his financial acumen to bear and our budgeting and financial reporting is going swimmingly.During his time, he has taken the lead in following up a complex legal problem and included our strata into the new government reporting strata hub.

An impressive organisation with professional, efficient Strata Manager (Tracy) and staff who are always customer focussed and prompt in their relationships with owners and tenants. All meetings are professionally handled and I am particularly impressed with the manner in which they are across of aspects of the management of the Strata Plan and their communications with us. No matter the complexity of the issues, Tracy is across it all.. Impressive, sums it up.
