Great service - I wanted to do something very special for a print designed by a close friend and they really helped me come up with something that was a bit more fun and interesting. End result is gorgeous.

Hi There, I had a fantastic experience with 'Frames Now' thank you. I literally live up the street and have just moved there. I wanted to frame a signed photo from the film Grease for my friend's birthday and literally ran in your store first thing in the morning. I was running late for work so explained to the lovely Tracey that I only had a few minutes spare before the tram arrived. Tracey completely knew what I needed and took my details down in record speed and rang me later on in the day to explain options, cost and timelines. I picked up my picture in record speed the next day and I adored it. You guys have done a great job and my friend was absolutely thrilled! Thanks heaps! I'll never be shopping with FramesNow again. I waited over 7 months for my order to be completed. The main issues with my order was that the initial frame I ordered was out of stock...so I chose another, and then only found out 6 months later that the second choice was also out of stock. Delays with COVID are understandable, but it was the complete lack of communication I received from the store. I was only given updates when I was the one to initiate the contact. I'm happy with my order, the frame is great, but for such an expensive order for something very important (my university certificate), I would have expected more professional and regular communication.

Very busy so there is a slight wait at times however this means when it is your turn you have their full attention. Very happy with Sally’s help and advice, along with prompt processing and professionalism. Well priced and was initially advised a 2 week turn around but got my 2 x canvas artworks stretched and framed in 1 week. Thanks!
