I love Real real Estate but the doors were closed!?

Never ever use this agent to sell your pre existing property. Our first problem was that the grossly overvalued our property which convinced us to sell. Secondly they then failed to give exposure on realestate-com, our property was limited to a small slot in their developer listing. I questioned the agent MULTIPLE times about this and was told she didn’t know why, then I finally rang realestate-com myself to get to the bottom of it. They only had a developers licence so didn’t pay enough to get each property individual listings. I hadn’t paid the agent but would have obviously paid to get an individual listing on the most important property website in QLD. I asked if I could pay and problem was still not resolved. Due to lack of exposure we had very few people inspect and no interest at all. This cost us three months in lost rent. After all this, we got a new agent who managed to sell the property and had more interest in the first two weeks than in the whole three months with Penny. Had we not lost all the rent we would have broken even instead we came out three months rent in the negative. New agent was so much better, phone calls and regular reports instead of just a text message here and there. Sunshine cove realty has a lot to answer for and we are VERY unhappy with their service or lack there of! So upsetting that we could have walked away with a little surplus if it wasn’t for sunshine cove realty.
