Absolutely disgusted with this place. I had moved 12hrs away from Townsville and left my car to be restored by them. During that period i was going through a divorce and had work halted on the car. I had requested an invoice for work that had been done up to that point.i was 12hrs away from being able to view the car so I paid the bill in good faith that the work they had said had been done , was done.(Big mistake on my part) I went up a couple of months later to collect the car and parts. Upon arrival i noticed car had not had all the work done as i had been told. ( i have all messages from conversation stating my car was just about ready for paint. It was Far from it. The next kicker - 2 x hotwire rims gone. Never found , padded glovebox and god only knows what else is missing.after hounding them on several occasions to see if they had found my parts. The final response i got after threatening legal action was the guy you dealt with doesnt work here anymore and has retired.Clearly it wasn’t their problem anymore.
