Came here to find out about the local area and old gold mines. The guy that was working was extremely helpful as he was a local and has done alot of history research. Will return to find out more

Well we ended up in the Maryborough information centre, it has relocated from the station and is indeed just a short stroll across Burns Street. We were met by 2 very well informed ladies, and had a very animated, educational and fun conversation about the mill that originally provided electricity to the town, and some hidden stories about the station and some of the features there well ahead of their time,If you want to know more about the Town, pop in as there is ample info about the town and outlying areas available.Thank you for the chat and the laughs
