Who ever the manager is at this kfc you need to pick up your game, hire more staff and clean the place up. Wipe up the tables and floors and empty your overflowing bins and clear the tables. If I knew it was going to take almost an hour to get my food I would never have come to this kfc. Total mess all round!

Super super slow service, for what is considered a Fast Food chain.. it took about 35 min for our order (made in the store) to be ready.. definitely not happy about that.. I am giving one more star because the food when we get it was fresh and yummy.

Ok don't comment much but this kfc has missed up a lot of our orders. A few occasions they haven't packed either burgers (4 of) or missed hot wings (box 10) both quite large part of order to me ain't professional enough... also, the chicken seems to have 10 herbs and spices not the 12 as it seemed flavourlessThe order was put through online by partner with me just picking it up on way home after work.Just a pain to have to return when rest of food is getting cold

The last 6 months have been terrible. The food is either cold or the chips have been salted by 3 different people after each other, it's impossible to eat them. It's like eating spoonfuls of salt. Everytime I tell myself not to go back but thought give them another shot today. Chips were cold the gravy tasted like chemicals had to throw out. Management needs to pull their head in. River wood and revesby are definitely better if you want kfc. Won't return anymore.

I have ordered a few times from this location and have mixed feelings hence a low score. There is a high probability of not getting all the items ordered. I don't get why this keeps happening. Are they playing a prank on customers? It really kills the mood when you sit at the dinner table and find an item is missing. I find myself going to MacDs more often now. It's hard to fault their service, speed and attention to detail.

Giant feast chicken was inedible, funky smell and taste, almost like the cooking oil is 6 months old. The chips were cold, soggy and unseasoned. No coleslaw and the nuggets were undercooked. The only thing ok with this meal was the potato and gravy and it was packed on its side so we lost half of it to the bag. Never again.

The last 2 times I’ve gone into the store the young lady serving was extremely rude, she looked annoyed from the get go, no smile and a lot of attitude, and slammed my food on the bench. On top of that the tenders were undercooked.

Always running out of chicken. How do you run out of chicken, when your whole brand is based on chicken? Drive thru is also slow and terrible - management must be incredibly incompetent because they’re leaving a multi million dollar store to a bunch of moody teenagers. Do better. It’s not that hard to do better.
