Skysies Cakes

Reluctantly give a 1 star. Advertised and sold online a product that was not as described. Admitted they failed to check the product from their supplier (ebay) and numerous prior sales of this product, before they advertised and sold at a markup from there company. Once I contacted them they eventually coincided in a partial refund only. Have a been reported and charge disputed and hoping for a full refund.

First adventure to sky's shop yesterday even though have ordered from her multiple times previously and omg !!! Better than a candy shop ! The range , knowledge , assistance and customer service is out of this world already planning my next visit. I didn't want to leave but after a few hours thought her family might like her back. I don't think there is a single shop in SA that could compare to her knowledge and customer service and her incredible range is just a bonus. Sky I have watched you build this business from the very begging and after all these years what U have achieved is amazing !!! If you haven't been seriously get down there you will not be disappointed and the keto range just tops it all off. Thankyou will be back very soon !!

First time visit. Hurrah! You can buy cake mixes! Quite a range to choose from and I'll do my best trying them one by one. Bought chocolate mud cake mix... oh my! 10 out of 10 for that one. Red velvet is next..great staff. Bought coffee cupcake to try. The cupcake was delicious but the buttercream was not totally to my liking. Be interested to know ingredients for it. But I would buy again...

Wow! Myself and a friend were planning to travel to a shop near the city until another friend told her about this magical place , I didnt know what to look at first I loved everything ! The staff were so helpfull , they have everything , it really is a baking wonderland!

I found Skysies when searching for a particular keto item which they sold. The prompt responses to any queries I had was amazing. The customer service and professionalism was absolutely wonderful. Such a pleasure to deal with and recommend Skysies to anyone and everyone! I will 100% be purchasing from them again.
