I love my Fernwood! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming since my first day. There is a great range of classes available and the instructors are so motivating :)

I love my local Fernwood Fitness North Rocks. The staff are friendly and helpful, and greet me by name. The instructors are awesome and surprise me every class with challenging workouts to keep me on my fitness journey. And the members are friendly, encouraging and make me want to keep coming back. A big shout out to Rowena for the recent upgrade to the gym, giving it a fresh new look, and also introducing Reformer Pilates to the timetable (today's class with Rowena was a great upper body workout). Overall a great gym with a supportive community.

Caught Athletes foot infection from showersCan't afford hiring a daily cleaner up-keep of their dusty crusty bathroom , equipment & surface wipes.

Absolutely love Fernwood North Rocks. All staff and trainers are lovely and supportive. The gym itself has a great atmosphere and offers so many different forms of exercise to a range of fitness levels. I am personally a huge fan of the Reformer Foundation classes which have already improved my lower back pain. Very impressed and so glad I joined! :)

Friendly atmosphere and staff! Bathrooms could be cleaned more regularly and the gym could have a more modern look.Management offered me an inventive to write a 5 star review shortly after signing up so other reviews may be inflated.

I am a newish member of Fernwood Fitness North Rocks and have absolutely loved being part of such a fun, empowered and kind gym. The instructors are very knowledgeable on women's health and share this with the members while we work out.Fernwood offer a variety of classes or you can work out by yourself and make new friends. What I like most is that the staff, instructors and members are very nice to be around. Members happily wear what they want (it's not a fashion comp for expensive attire), are encouraged to be their personal best and enjoy their time exercising. Everyone is treated with respect and dignity, we all belong and that is an awesome feeling.The instructors are all wonderfully different, each bringing their unique methods, explanations and experience to inspire, encourage and bring out your best.I joined because of the reformer pilates which I love and I have now branched out to enjoy other classes too. If you aren't sure about being part of a gym, I 'd say give it a go. Fernwood Fitness is a great place for women, you'll be so happy you put yourself out there and you'll feel really good about yourself and that you belong to a vibrant fitness community.

Love North Rocks Fernwood!!! Just start back a few months after a 7 year break from exercising. Row & the team are all so helpful & supportive. The overall vibe is positive & friendly. Thank you for make my transition back to exercising a great experience.

I’ve been attending the reformer Pilates classes for two months now and I’m already feeling stronger, more energetic, and experiencing less pain from pre-existing injuries. The instructors are attentive and encouraging. Highly recommend!

Fernwood Fitness at North Rocks is a wonderful fitness centre that caters for all age groups. The gym looks amazing after the renovations. I have been doing the Reformer Pilates classes for the last 4-6 weeks and absolutely love this workout. The instructors are very focused in helping achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. A big shout out to the wonderful instructors - Catherine, Nancy, Nikita, Rowena and Roz.
