Handed in my old car 29th November and still haven't received payment. Called them yesterday and was told to text BB's Towing to get the money. After reading dozens of reviews and searching the online presence of this business, it's clear that they essentially take people's cars and hope you forget about the payment. If the owner of the business is struggling financially and not able to pay his customers, then this is a matter for the police to handle.The towie was nice at least

⚠️ Much like the other reviews here, I’m warning you not to use this company! ⚠️Took our car and payment details, and never made the payment. Weeks went by - my wife contacted them, was told that they’d look into it then they stopped responded to her.I’ve contacted them after a few more weeks to get the same response “oh I’ll look into it, I’m short staffed, I don’t know where payments are at”Very clearly the business model is to take your car, cut off all communications and hope you can’t be bothered going through legal avenues to get your money or your car back.Avoid at all costs!

Had my car picked up 2 weeks ago and after being told I would receive the money in a mater of hours I still have received nothing. I've tried calling multiple times to no avail. I will be notifing the police in the coming days as my car was effectively stolen. I would encourage anyone to not use this company.

They agreed to pay me for my car via bank transfer, and towed it Monday last week. They were easy to contact prior to the car getting picked up, but since then near impossible. I have called everyday to try and get the money, I spoke to someone last week who said they would chase it up, but now they are not answering or responding to my messages despite my phone service showing that the messages have been read". I just want the agreed money."

Service was great! Highly recommend these guys if you need to have a car removed. Not sure why they have received negative reviews as my experience was seamless, and they paid me cash (more than I was expecting) for my old car on pickup. Would be nice if they would pay for cars they collect. Instead one month later and we are still waiting. Have tried calling and emailing to no such luck. After reading these reviews I’m thinking police action is what it’ll takeEdited because I can’t reply - I’ve emailed twice and heard nothing back
