Terrible service and mucked my family and others in que ahead of her. Waited in line for tests for ages and then were told they were too busy and to text number for a return text. Upon receiving text we raced there and were told , along with others it was a mistake. What a joke!!!!!.

Unhelpful and rude counter staff. Community pharmacy at wantirna mall is better in every way. Don't waste your time here, just walk down the road to the mall and see the friendly and helpful staff there.

Great experience, happy, helpful, friendly and informative staff. Scripts all come through to your phone “ no paper how amazing!!!” And they even have records of your repeats so you don’t have to keep repeat script documentation for months with potential of losing it all together. 10 out of 10 Keep up the great work Remon !!!!!

I miss the Nandos that used to run here, never had the chance to eat before 7day Pharmacy took over... Either way, convenient little pharmacy, staff are friendly, place is clean, limited parking but is decent enough.

Kept posting on the instockrat website that they had rapid antigen tests available, only once you get there, there’s no stock!! They’re just taking names and numbers for future sales! What kind of pharmacy prays on vulnerable people in need! Absolute disgrace!

The pharmacist wasn't helpful nor friendly to me.Today, he told me he didn't have the Lucas' Papaw Ointment, but I found it myself due to luck and persistence. However, I paid for it without complaints.After that, when I asked him to certify a particular document, he asked: Why does this need to be certified? If there's no original copy
