Australian Clinical Labs

My experience was very average. Perhaps I had high expectations going in based on the good reviews. I specifically chose to come to this branch because I hate needles like most people and many reviews said the guy was very good and kind. I didn’t have a great first impression - he was rather cold and border line rude. I didn’t feel the kindness from him.. but he loosened up as he saw how afraid of needles I was.. Also, it took time for him to be able to withdraw blood and I had to change arms cause it wasn’t working on my other arm so it wasn’t a smooth process for me. Overall was okay but not 5 star worthy.

Very unprofessional response from the guy working there. He is not competent, lazy and not confident in his job. He simply refused to take sample from 5 1/2 years old child with the help of child's dad.I have been to labs many times and they never refused to take blood samples from kids. Only one person does the job.....He should not be doing this job or Clunicalabs should assign another mentor with him to train him.Thanks

Very courteous and thoughtful reception by the clinician. I thought he was very competent in the procedure of taking my blood. Quite painless. When I first arrived he explained that there would be a 10 minute wait occurring due to procedures required on the preceding patient. I really appreciated this advice as it let me know why there was a wait and stop me feeling agitated about the delay.

Went to do my gtt test Saturday so I stayed 2 hours in the clinic... the doctor is very friendly and caring for the patients...I just give 4 stars because I think the clinic need a little bit of love like put some poster and information on the displayBut actually I had a very good experience and I will recommend it especially if you don t want overcrowded place

Haven’t even been yet but they’re the only clinic labs near me that answer their phones every time to actually book an appointment

The staff member was friendly, helpful and very quick. What doesn’t help is the 50minute wait while they are on lunch break, as per the sign on the door. Update your website to show your true opening hours! Someone sitting with what they think is COVID outside your offices is unacceptable.

The Pathologist is friendly and efficient. He is obviously very experienced. I am in and out with no problems at all.The clinic can be busy at opening time so going mid morning is probably the best time to go.

I have found the gentleman there extremely professional. He sent through my results expediently, saving me from ICU when he found I had sepricaemia.

The phlebotomists are very capable And courteous, this is not about them but the organisation.Was looking for a collection point on the day after Australia Day. Website said collection places were open but went to 3 before I realised they had not updated their website. Do they know it’s the 21st century?????
