My experience was how I would expect a business to be. They turned up, they cut my lawn, they left. No fuss really

I wanted a quote for garden maintenance and regular mowing. I went to the Jim/s Mowing website and requested a quote. I received both a text and email saying the local franchisee would contact me between specific times the next Monday. When I didn't receive a call I contacted the call centre the following and told them. The call centre operator advised I would be contacted shortly. Not long after I received a text saying (name removed) I'm not going to be able to service your property as I have a ute and trailer and I won't have anywhere to park". I didn't follow the advise to call back to the call centre for them to send someone else. I wanted to give the work to a local person. It is funny how he didn't even come by and check out the property. Had he done so he would have seen I have space for a car and trailer if the work was done during the week in work hours as my car isn't there. So I can't comment on how good or bad the service was as I didn't get any service except from the call centre lady."
