I have used steadfast for conveyancing in 2017 and 2021. In 2017 I had great service and support from the team but unfortunately in 2021 the service provided was substandard in my opinion. I provided my list of searches to be completed but the team did not act in a timely manor and did not complete searches by the unconditional date. Poor prioritisation and attention to detail when working with tight deadlines.

We used Steadfast for conveyancing of our recent property purchase, it was a dreadful experience, we feared at one point we may lose our entire deposit due to their lack of attention to detail. We had to prompt them all the way, rather than them guide us through. The searches requested were not returned by the unconditional date, we ended up $1200 short on rent that should have been disbursed to us at settlement, They then failed to return our calls or emails when we requested they attempt to recoup that money from the vendors. Do not recommend at all.
