1 meal took about 4 minutes, and the other took about 10,Burgers are getting smaller, and the main ingredient was the sauce,The staff we're more interested in talking to each other than working,THE BURGERS ARE GETTING WORSE AT HUNGRY JACKS.

There was one car in front of me at the drive through and I was still waiting for over 10 minutes. I got the food and it was warm and fresh but they didn’t give me any hash browns. I paid for 2 hash browns. I usually would go back and get them but I was in a rush. I paid $13 for just a breakfast burger and hash browns and didn’t get any!!!

Very poor customer service. Food is always fresh though, so as long as you don't mind being treated like a peice of gutter trash.Kudos to the kitchen staff...... absolutely nailing it. Service staff need to be binned and start again, dining room us ALWAYS DIRTY, not a customer in sight, 1 car in DT, yet every table is dirty, bin overflowing and floors have rubbish everywhere. Toilets unacceptable, and when you try and say something, its not a priority for them. Been like that for years, nothing has changed, nor do I think it will.Food great, service peeps rubbish.

Playground closed due to covid" even though there are no restrictions in place and parks etc. are open. No angry onions. All the decorations that gave the place atmosphere are gone. Slow service even though not busy. Coke was flat. Place is filthy. What a circus... Just bulldoze the place and start again."

The fried chicken pieces were cold and dry, the water took an extra 5 minutes and wasn't cold, and we ordered an iced coffee without chocolate sprinkle because my relative is allergic and they wouldn't remake it, they just tried to scrape it off which missed some (even though we told them she's allergic).

Took little man for a ride on scooter with promise of Chicken nuggets and a play in the kids area.1. Kids area closed off.2. 1/2 sitting area closed.3. Shop empty, but not one clean table to sit at.4. Even after passing a comment about it, still no one cleaned one.We went outside and phoned mum to come and pick us up!Bad service - dirty store - lost costomer!!!

Nobody at the service counter, the store was empty of customers when I arrived. Found the isolation ordering stations and ordered paid for my meals. 20 minutes later, I received my meals. I was so lucky not to be eating in the restaurant area!

We had the Chicago Angus with peppercorn sauce. Burgers were freshly made and hot but that's where the praise ends. Buns were too small for the burger - like half size. One of the buns was broken in pieces. The peppercorn sauce was great. Shame there were was only a teaspoon of it.
