Island Alive
The experience was truly amazing. Amy is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring facilitator. I felt completely safe with her by my side when I submersed myself in the ice bath. But what made it even more incredible was connecting with like-minded people who were all about pushing their limits and embracing discomfort. We breathed together, walked barefoot in the forest, and supported each other during the cold exposure.Sometimes, stepping out of our comfort zones is exactly what we need to discover our inner strength. So grateful for this amazing experience and the amazing people I got to share it with.

Island Alive
A truly unique experience in a corner of the Island you wouldn't usually get to. Loved the old wine barrel ice bath and the breathwork was mind-blowing! Highly recommend for a special holiday memory.
