We got picked up from ferry terminal, and driven to their office, love the office, to pick up our hire car . It was such a great car great on fuel,amazing service. We got to drive to emu bay , northcote and baudin beach what an excellent way to see kangroo island. In the comfort of air conditioning on a hot summers day... so ring and book confirm and theyll do their part to make hiring easy. Your day will be blessed with breath taking scenery. Thanks guys

Lovely service and very friendly but Hertz will only cover 200 km of travel in a day. To get to the other side of the island and back was well over 200 kms. This is another money making scheme to charge people for what should be free.

My husband Will and I received amazing customer service from Clare. She came and picked us up from the ferry terminal and gave us so many amazing recommendations for the island. We both left saying how amazing the customer service was!

Hertz's location is excellent. It is just a short walk from the ferry terminal. Chris is very friendly and helpful. The car is clean. He has also given us some useful tips about places to visit on Kangaroo Island. Thank you, Chris.

Phenomenal! From a pick up at the ferry wharf, to giving such detailed suggestions for things to do, see and eat around the island, the service was incredible and the process super easy. Will be telling anyone and everyone who comes to Kangaroo Island to hire their car through Hertz!

Hertz Penneshaw was amazing. Chris was extremely helpful and beyond excellent. He picked me up from the Terminal, opened his office to process my rental agreement, deflated the tires for me and gave me very detailed travel advice on Kangaroo Island. What else can you expect from a car rental office. Hertz Penneshaw was the best car rental office I've ever been to because of the service and the people. The team was simply terrific. Highly recommended.

Amazing service!We hired a car and had a great day at kangaroo island. However, after returning the car I realised that I forgot my sunglasses in the car by mistake which were really expensive and important to me. It was late that night so I contacted them the next day. They checked the car immediately and found it and posted it to my address in Victoria at their earliest convenience. I am really grateful to the team for such prompt response and great service.
