The battery in my van was not charging properly while I was in Cairns on vacation. Even though PASMA was especially busy given the added effect of the caravan and camping show that was starting the next day, they fitted me in. They carefully went through my Victron system - fixed solar panels and charger/inverter, found some problems caused by a previous dealer, and got the systems working again. Thank you very much for getting me out of a hole

Nothing but amazing customer service from this group, I've been buying bit by bit while set up my camper trailer with victron chargers and monitor and have always been well looked after at Pasma Electrical , they are full of knowledge and know there products, very easy to talk to and know how to treat there customers

Henk and the team at Pasma Electrical have been fantastic. We first went to get solar on our little yacht, now they are doing our solar and electrics in our new owner built motorhome. Highly recommend them :)

I was blown away by the customer service provided to me by the owners/staff at this business. I hesitate to go into the detail fully, as it sets the bar very high. They repaired a Victron charger/inverter for me in less than a day, as well as picking up and dropping off. It was very clear to me that they run an extremely efficient business by ensuring no down time" or stuffing around. Honestly would give them 10 stars if I could."
