Redbank Plains Store Manager, Arrogant Male. Doesn't know how to treat every person that goes into the restaurant with respect. Disgusting attitude for a person in a customer service job role. Seriously some humans need to be re-taught school aged respectful lessons again.

Terrible just terrible Strathpine Hungry Jacks...Tonight we ordered paid for and waited for 5 meals 1 which was 6 nuggets and chips ei kids meal".I checked that 5 meals were ordered with the female cashier who confirmed there were 5 meals.We collected the order #838 and headed home nearly 20mins away.When we got home there was NO kids meal..... so we rang the store explained what happened and said we needed the kids meal to which the reply was we have no delivery service...which we knew that but the male on the phone said to go through the drive through but I said I will go to the front counter but we just wanted our grandsons meal.So we drove all the way back

Hungry Jacks Alexandra Hills has the slowest and worst service I’ve ever come across in any fast food service. There is nothing fast about this store. I was literally the only person in the store, three employees saw me standing there waiting to order. I stood there for 5mins and still wasn’t served so I walked out. There has been multiple other occasions where the service at this store has been worse than terrible.

Went to local in Toowoomba. Understaffed, waited half hr for coffee & hashbrowns. No apology.

Bathroom was discussing, manager couldn’t have cared less and then my complaint was closed without any communication to me. Go to Maccas3 weeks later, Now I called the head office and even they have not replied . Easy to see where the poor customer service in the stores comes from. Clearly. Head office doesn’t give a rats.

This UNO comp is a scam/bill , if you win" $50.00 Beko voucher it means you have to spend many hundreds to get the voucher .What a SCAMMMMMMM! And where us the rebel whopper ? Advertised but never available in Smithfield !!!"

I went to hungry jacks at booval in brisbane ordered chessy bacon loaded fries, well yuk, chips were cold, cheese was salty and the bacon, too mych bacon.Appart from that the staff were sour, not friendly, you have list life long customers.

Lost all my free coffees three times now app crashes all the time total disappointment called them they don’t care
