Bunnings Tuggeranong

The staff here are always friendly, helpful, even nice to my dog that they welcome with a smile. The place is clean and well-organised and, with the Bunnings app, easy to locate stuff on my shopping list. Similar to most other Bunnings stores, I guess. My only criticism is stock control - when the store is a 5 hour return trip the only thing worse than them not having pretty standard items in stock that other stores do have (eg. Gunghalin, which would take my return trip out to 6+ hours) is when you find out they don’t have items in stock that they say that they do and which you’ve driven specifically that far to get (to be honest, Majura Park is similar, that it wouldn’t surprise me if they’re the same franchisee, assuming franchise). Sure, I can do “Special Order” and pick up, but that obliges planning and commitment to dates, and knowing if it’s the right thing (not always easy to pick from online details for off-plan projects) - it’d be nice to drive up to a fully stocked store with everything available that it says they do online. It’s a minor niggle, but a frustrating one. But the staff… two thumbs up, thanks for your friendliness and all your help!

I got the lowest price but I also got the lowest service. Staff will not ask if you need any help. I couldn't find an item. I had to go to the service desk and wait. There were multiple staff in the area but no-one wanted to serve me. Why do you think I'm standing there?! The staff that ended up talking (not going to say serve) to me simply told me the item was located where I had been looking. Guaranteed they didn't know where it was either and couldn't be bothered to try and help me find it. Should have called for another staff member for assistance. I ended up having to go back and search again. I found it eventually but wow that took so much longer than it should have.

Great store, heaps of options. Friendly staff

Staff are useless and lazy. We went in today for some cupboard handles. We found where they’d be but there were none on the hook. Staff at the counter informed us there were 9 in stock, and suggested we ask the staff in the aisle. We asked the man in the aisle, who quickly confirmed that there was indeed 9. He left and returned with another male staff member, presumably his supervisor, and asked him where they would be. They both looked up and down the aisle briefly, then looked at the small cart of opened boxes at the end. We were then told that they were on the cart waiting to be unpacked and we should come back later today or tomorrow. If they were in a pallet of stock out the back, I could understand. But this cart was small. It would take no more than five minutes to locate the items for us. They could not be bothered. They didn’t even appear busy, and the store was much quieter than I usually find it. Terrible service from useless people. We checked the cart ourselves. They were in the second box we checked - not under anything, not hard to find, no need to go through every box as it was clear what was in some so we could narrow it down. We found them ourselves in about thirty seconds. I’m yet to have a single positive experience in any Bunnings store other than the times I can walk in, grab what I need without requiring assistance, and get out. I’m giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.

Bunnings I love so many great gardening, tools, paints and household goodies to select from. Anything and everything you need. Also the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful! The staff at Bunnings Tuggeranong are welcoming, knowledgeable, and cheerful. It's always a pleasant experience to visit.Even my Blue Flemish rabbit enjoys the experience and attention the staff and customers give him.Look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Andrew is the best customer service person I've dealt with in a very long time. He did not spare any efforts in helping me find what I was looking for. Very impressive!

you can buy every thing at here ( wood, plant, electric, light...) design in your house. They support very good for you when you are finding every thing you need! the produce quality for choose! i alway came here buy when i need!
