I am big on customer service and communication. Right from the get go. Michael was absolutely amazing. The best I have come across in customer service. Having looked far and wide for a particular product that is almost impossible to get at the present time. I was directed to Camera House Horsham who had the product. Nothing was too hard for them to look after my request. I am just so impressed and I will now be a permanent customer for any of my AV/Photography needs. Thank you so much guys!

I ordered a microphone online in September, and the next day Michael called me to offer the free deadcat cover that comes with the bundle I'd somehow missed, which I really appreciated. He kept me up to date through some Covid-related shipping complications, and even made it his own business to check the tracking number for updates until it arrived.Excellent service from start to finish, really above and beyond!
