Mobility Scooters for Hire Sale Service

I used their wheelchair, shower chair and commode for 12 weeks while recovering from an injury and all of the items were sturdy and reliable over the whole 12 weeks. Service was nice too.

I purchased a used scooter from them and a couple of things have gone however they have picked it up, given me a loaner and returned mine back very quickly. They do their best to accommodate me which I really appreciate. Aleesha and all her staff are friendlyPolite and really help in times of need. Thx heapsAndrew

Excellent service and very nice people. I was desperate to get my Heartway S26 Verve from Queensland fixed, but Heartway offer no service in Victoria. This company fixed it for one third the price, and organised a hire scooter for me.

Very unprofessional hire service at the onset. The web form requires you to make an enquiry on a unit but to make an enquiry you HAVE to fill in credit card details. Thats absurd. Even if picking up the unit from them. There is no PayPal even on the website so its a massive security risk. When trying to give feedback on this issue on the phone to the lady who answered, she became very abrupt and rude. This is very bad. Especially in the case of elderly people. This is a form of pressure selling which is against the law. You cannot force money out of people in such a circumstantial manner. Its also very risky to submit credit card details over the internet. Let alone not knowing what to expect in a transaction. This level of thinking and operations is very backward and fraught with danger. Also the worst customer experience and waste of time. Hope they listen to this feedback so it can help others in future.

I contacted them when we were travelling to Melbourne to rent a scooter for my father. Their communication was excellent, they delivered it on time, picked it up smoothly and provided a well maintained scooter for him to use. Thank-you so much - you made this effortless and easy!

Terrible service. Rude receptionist.Chair is at least 25 years old and ready for the tip long ago. Literally held together with duct tape and rusty as well. Chair is so slow it isn’t safe to cross the road in it and the electric-magnetic brakes don’t work; chair keeps creeping forward when you’ve let go of joystick.When I asked for a different chair I was told I couldn’t change my mind and rude receptionist rang the manager to complain that I wouldn’t take the chair I’d originally requested.Ended up being shunted out the door with a terrible chair that in no way suits my disability.These people are seem to have zero training in disability and mobility supports and couldn’t care less.Go there at your peril
