The Bellevue Kiama (Bellevue Accommodation)

We booked 5/6 rooms for us, friends and family to stay for our sons wedding in Kiama, and it was fantastic!! Firstly, Sylvia could not have been more responsive with correspondence; second she was so flexible' third, it was such great value even though it was more expensive than we would normally pay, but I decided for an event like our son's wedding, I was not staying in a motel, so we chose the honeymoon suite! Fourth, the accomadation itself was stunningly gorgeous in terms of decor, facilities, comfort and everything it offered. Fifth the location was so convenient, a short walk to the centre of town, cafes, parks, beach, lighthouse and the Pavilion where the reception was. Sixth, the verandas and garden area were also beautiful and a lovely place to sit. Seventh, they were able to accomadate us for an extra night at very short notice and finally, it was perfect for a group of people as we all had our own space, bathroom and kitchen area to make a cup of tea in the middle of the night or watch the World Cup without disturbing anyone !!!! I would go back here any day....it was a fantastic weekend and the accomadation just helped make it even more fantastic.

This is by far my favourite accommodation in the Kiama area.The rooms are perfectly furnished and equipped.Spotlessly clean and just lovely little touches of style that wins over your standard hotel room every time.It's a guest house so no restaurant but if so inclined there is a fully equipped kitchen for you to whip up a masterpiece although you're spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars and cute cafe's on your convenient doorstep.The manager Sylvia is a gem and nothing is ever too much trouble.We had our small wedding in the front garden earlier this year. Sylvia even shooed off the council guy on the ride on mower and told him to come back another day so our nuptials were not interrupted.This is the ideal place to stay as everything is so close and nothing is too much trouble. Enjoy!

Probably the best accommodation we have ever stayed during our family holidays. Fully equipped and nicely decorated apartment. Laundry with dryer, kitchen, 4K TV, Sonos, Netflix, beautiful garden overlooking the town, It has everything we need for a home away home. Sylvia is very kind and helpful. Really enjoyed.

Be careful and be alert when you come to this accommodation. Treat it as if you would deal with a real estate agency, making sure that you check all items correctly. Read every single line of terms&condition. I had a great time until leaving the place, got letter with charge to my credit card for item that were not even there when I came in. It is no longer an accommodation like a home as the other reviewer said. It is truly a tarnished experience that I will regret forever of ever staying in the hotel under this owner's management

Impeccable location just outside busy town centre yet only a few minutes walk to get to the shops. Manager and owner tended to our every need. It was above and beyond. Room was well equipped and appliances are high quality. Very good smart tv for screen casting from mobile device. Room was super quiet and we rested like new born bbs.

Loved our stay at the Bellevue. Beautifully clean, well appointed apartments. Great location. Lovely, friendly host. We would happily stay here again.

Had the pleasure of staying here for the long weekend & it was all we needed! A cozy and clean apartment with all the necessities. It was within walking distance of Kiama Ocean Pool, Black Beach Reserve, aswell as the bustling Terralong Street, which made it even better! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The Bellevue was so delightful to stay in - beautifully decorated, brand new everything & spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy, the shower was luxurious, the kitchen was stunning & well equipped as well as having your own laundry. A real home away from home. it was quiet & so comfy. The staff were amazing & helpful Really easy access to the rooms from the car park & the location was incredible - right in the middle of everything. I would highly recommend & can’t wait to stay there again.Rhonda Hemmingwaycouldn't have been happier, was sad to leave
