After a lengthy conversation with Allan he said he had the perfect cleaner for me. She was booked to come the next week but I had an email on the day she was supposed to arrive stating she was sick and couldn't attend. The next week I had another email stating they couldn't find a cleaner for my job due to my ndis budget. This is disgusting customer service. 2 weeks of waiting only to be let down especially when apparently she was supposed to already start.
