SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI wouldnt really go to the extent of writing a bad review but my experience with touche (Marcus) needs to be shared. This is a warning to others that this company has stolen money from me and not produced the work they promised. Firstly - the reviews on their google review accounts are mostly from the people that work there so please when choosing someone for your marketing take that into account. He is a newly started business and gave me the impression that he knew what he was doing and experienced so I appointed touche for my social media management, I was paying them $275 per week and apart of that package I was promised weekly visits, professional photography, videography. I appointed them because they could create animation posts as a point of difference and works out that it wasn't part of my package. 4 months in no weekly visits, the images taken of our workshops were terrible, I paid him $500 for ads spend and Ive asked 10 times for an activity report - never received one so now I'm questioning where that $500 has gone. I also paid him in full a further $1200 to update my website. He had a deadline for the 12/1 - followed him up on the 17/1 said to give me till the end of the month. I knew he hadn't started it and as soon as I asked for a refund he said give me 2 days. He has since refunded me $400 because he claims he did some back end plug ins, the website directs to an American site, I was receiving hundreds of spam emails, links not working and he has now taken my website live without my approval with all incorrect photos. He has destroyed the look of my brand. He has now switched off his phone and not taking my calls or my solicitors calls. Ill be referring this to the department of fair trading and seeking my $800 back but as a warning to others THIS HAS BEEN A TOTAL SCAM FROM DAY ONE!
