I called the guys today at 7:45 as I needed two tyres urgently. They asked to come in and I got there at 7:55. I was driving back home by 8:10. Great service and nice people

Wheel balance weights weren't fixed properly, heard a slight ticking noise the day or two after picking up the car that got worse and ended up needing to pay another store (I was in Brisbane) to redo the balancing. On top of that they lost one of my metal valve covers, and 5-8psi over inflated all tyres with a different amount in each tyre. They left tyre grease all over the alloys. And to top it off, one of the tyres they were replacing had a bulge and was still covered under warranty which they didn't honour because he claimed it was pothole damage. It wasn't, I know exactly when it happened. And besides pothole damage is covered under the Bridgestone warrantyGot a good price on four tyres. It wasn't worth it.This store doesn't seem to live up to the reputation of other Bridgestone stores. I won't be back

Amazing service. I had an ongoing issue with my steering, had taken it to MANY mechanics over the past year and no one had been able to fix it. These guys got me in, worked their magic and had it fixed within hours of calling! Big thanks to Billy and the team my car is driving beautifully now! 10/10 would recommend these guys - incredible service and a friendly team.

They were rude to me on the phone for no reason when I had a question. It took me by surprise and actually left me rather shaken. I ended up hanging up and going to someone else for my tyres as they were abrupt, unhelpful, condescending and treated me like an inconvenience. Could use a lesson in polite customer service.

Amazing fast service. I've been there 3 times now (even dropped off by tow truck once) and every time I've had immediate service. I dropped off my car and walked around the corner to grab a coffee and my car was ready before I even returned. Can't beat that

Best tire shop is Lismore and I have been to them all. Low price. Quick service. Murry is a good man. So were his crew.
