John was only 15mins away. He was friendly, professional and took great care of my vehicle. He was also ensuring covid safe precautions which was great to experience too.Not that I'm expecting to need towing again soon but I'll be calling Osborne Towing first should I need it.

These thieves are part of the reason why our insurance premiums are so high. They invoice the insurer for the tow and holding of the vehicle, receive payment then claim because it’s taken a couple of days for the payment to come through that they are now owed for the extra days and so it goes on and on.Held our claim and processing up for over three weeks.Be careful of who you use for your tow.

Absolutely atrocious service! Never use them!I was in an accident, Osborne Towing was first on the scene, and I wish I had read reviews before allowing him to take my car! But he seemed so nice and caring, all lies, he does not care!My car was not moved to the inspection facility from the Holding yard for SIX WEEKS. We contacted them multiple times and they would shift blame saying our insurance company had not paid their “current” invoice, however they had (which we got confirmation from from our insurance company), they would say it’s processing until the next day and keep that cycle! Using customers cars to extort more money from insurance company’s, at the expense of customers livelihood! Our insurance company had to intervene assertively to get my car out!Such a joke! Don’t use them!

All the recent reviews add up, avoid these guys never have I had such a poor service with towing before, lack of communication and straight up waste of time.

This was the WORST towing experience I have ever had.I got charged over $2000 for a simple towing of a crashed vehicle.The truck driver insisted that I let him take the vehicle to their yard even when I was trying to tell him that I’d much rather have it taken to my house. I had no say in anything and was ignored the entire time. This place is a scamStay far far away from this place. There are many better services you can callSave your money

Leave your car on the side of the road or under the water but don't use this guys.They are the worstThey will overcharge you and keep you waiting more, so they can charge you more fees.The good reviews they've got is most likely people that know them and are false.
