Accessible, pet friendly yet sleek self contained apartments close to anything you could need.The building is modern, secure and features on-site parking for cars, bikes and scooters with each park including a storage cage.The staff I worked with were professional, warm and resident focused, if you're looking for apartments, this is one you should consider

Worst place to live, the management is arrogant and very unhelpful. Would not recommend to anyone, it's a big NO NO for me so glad i moved out!!

The best building to live in: the location is second to none with Albert Park and Fitzroy st 2 min away, St Kilda beach is a 15min walk.The city is reachable by a tram which stops outside the building and it takes 20min.The building is well maintained and the staff are friendly and efficient.The place is quiet and secure.
