I love my new kitchen and Wallspan at Keswick were so great!

They promised the world until we signed on the dotted line then service deteriorated.Our quoted price originally included trades but then we had to pay trades on top (over $10,000 extra).Any issues with trades I was expected to deal with instead of our “project manager” acting as go between.What was promised to be a quick painless kitchen instillation went on for over 2 months.PM signed off on finished project without even coming out to look at it.Even the trades commented how patient we were as clients as they felt we’d been screwed around.I didn’t even end up commenting on issues in the end cos they didn’t care at all.I like the finished product except for some some ongoing issues but for the price we paid (well over $50,000) I guess I expected perfection and no hassles.I would not recommend Wallspan to any friends.

Job #MD05426-01. I was very impressed with the service and efficiency of trades. All work was done on time and in accordance with the schedule of works, which was managed by Mario and followed up, incredibly reassuring.

From the very first contact at the Home show, we have been impressed by the professional approach and the helpfulness of the Wallspan staff. Dannie was so great helping us choose our colours and designs, coming up with great suggestions we hadn't even considered. Dee came out to our house to do the design plan and we could not be happier with the result. It was a seamless process and we would definitely recommend this company to others. Can't wait to see the final result!

Beyond terrible. The worst experience ever. Poor design, poor customer service, poor follow up. Poor outcome. Zero stars.

The Keswick Team are extremely professional and very helpful. From design to installation. Highly recommend them.
