Absolutely 5 stars for service and support.My husbands car had a serious issue so was undrivable, needing towing to the dealers for work under warranty.The assistance provided by Peter on the desk and Josh in the workshop was top class and much appreciated.Without a doubt, they made a very stressful day much easier and we have no hesitation in recommending them with 5 stars.

The team is always at hand to help. I have had many new cars that Gibson automotive has been able to service and maintain at over half the cost of the a manufacturers service. And dont be fooled these guys dont void warranty. So save your dollars and recieve great service and a smile from true locals.

New customer, dropped off a new second hand vehicle. To my understanding there was something wrong. Staff and owner took action and found numerous issues and took a path of troubleshooting to lower the cost of expensive repairs as much as possible. Not only that, all the staff were all good value professional and friendly. Will use again

Very happy with our recent visit and service received. Quick and efficient,honest and professional mechanic. Our Toyota HiAce had some issues, Josh investigated the fault and found that the fuel filter was that dirty that it made the car broke down. We were in the belief that another car mechanic where we took the car previously not long ago exchanged" the filter. Obviously this wasn't the case.We came here because others recommended Gibson's to us and from now on we will also recommend them to other people needing a reliable and honest mechanic. Thank you guys!"

I have an older car, I don't want a new one. It's had issues that Gibson Automotive have successfully diagnosed and repaired properly for me. Busted engine hoses, worn out brakes, overused parts that have been replaced and kept my odometer ticking over and my car still driving safely as a car should. Thank you to the team at Gibson Automotive.

Incredibly genuine and transparent. I didn’t know what was wrong with my car and they fixed it in 5 minutes and gave me the complete rundown and didn’t charge me a cent. Super grateful for their honesty and intend on taking all my business there from now on.
