Extremely fast and friendly service, and easy online ordering process. My online order was confirmed and ready for pick up at Stratco Canning Vale as nominated the next day. When I went to pick up the order on a Saturday morning the young man on the front desk was very personable and friendly and kindly offered to assist me with my very large heavy box by carrying it to my car and carefully placing it inside, which was no easy feat as it was a fairly small car. Lovely clean well presented spacious store with a great variety of Stratco products inside, and super friendly and helpful staff who do not rush you and take time with you even when they are very busy. Would not hesitate to shop there again in a heartbeat and definitely will.

Poor service, I feel like since I was made to pay for product and install in full, I am not valued. Having to wait too long for install because not enough installers employed. No care shown when concerns raised just told the issues were my fault.

Placed the order on line from the on line catalogue for a sweeper @$229. Did not receive a call to say the order was ready to be picked up so had to call (and told it was ready). Before calling noticed the same item was in the new catalogue $20 cheaper. Discussed at time of pickup and the salesperson credited the $20 with any issues. If I have received a call I would have given 5 stars

Staff are friendly and very eager to help you the moment you step through the door. They helped us find what we needed and didn't waste time. It is much smaller than bunnings but seems slightly as good.

Very disappointed. I have ordered a Polycarbonate Twinwall Sheet Roofing, all profiles for it, gutter and down pipe. So far roofing is stuck together - very hard to seperate. A few of the profiles bent - pretty much rubbish and even side plates for the gutter are incorrect. I guess I can return it but I'm losing time and money for another delivery. Very very disappointed!!!

Worst waiting time to speak to someone. We had to wait for more than 40min to speak to someone.They don't even look at you.

My online ordering was easy. Pickup the same. The salesman kindly took my heavy order to my car. When one of the packages was opened a piece was missing. We returned it to the store and was given a replacement part. Thank you Stratco Canning Vale :)

I understand that mistakes can be made, make sure when you ask for a fence extension, that's exactly what the order says before signing, If you get it wrong there's no return for that. Go through your order individually so it's correct. My fault partially as I trusted the store person to order the fence as an extension sides and rail not more sides! I thought that was obvious.. again mistakes can be made by anyone.
