My partner and I recently bought a block of land from Oxmar Properties in Griffin Crest this year. As young first home buyers, the thought of purchasing land was quite daunting. Me and my partner have been in the Narangba Heights estate for just over 18 months now and we love it. Despite what others say the covenant keeps all the houses respected and well maintained, therefore your properties value is higher because of the surrounding streetscape. This further attracts a mature and responsible community. All of our neighbours are young families that we chat to and look out for. Truly is a lovely place to raise a family.

14+ years and still no shopping centre in Narangba Heights. Oxmar continually changing their story, ludicrous covenants and contract terms. Would never recommend them to anyone
