I’m no connoisseur of Kmarts but this one seems like a perfectly good one. There is heaps of parking and plenty of access to the parking. I almost always take tow a trailer on my work car and I’ve never not been able to get a park with the trailer at this place. Customer service is what do you would expect but there is usually someone around to try and coax some assistance out of if you need it.

A wide range of items are available at the store, bagging can be a bit annoying. However, overall Ballina K-Mart is an incredible store, I found the prequel to the book series: A Good Girls Guide to Murder by Holly Jackson, I only discovered it in the store. Great place to shop.

Big spacious store with plenty of parking and easy access for a return mattress due to duplication. Wendy from Customer Service was clear and engaged in the details of the return. Good stock in the shop. Bought my mum a jumper and bro a shirt on our way out.

Great, friendly staff who are around when you need assistance. A great place for a range of shopping needs. Usually parking available, however can be busy and difficult to find parking.

Kmart is so good. Staff friendly and make a easy shopping experience. If you have a return under warranty no questions asked they are happy to refund or replace. Love them

As I entered the shop I asked the lady there, who was checking peoples dockets as they exited, where abouts a special pillow is I know Kmart have advertised online. She screwed her face up and doubted that there was any in the store. I showed that I was not convinced by her reaction. She asked another fellow employee nearby with her negative tone about the pillow. He went nah

Customer service was appalling! 2 younger staff members around the age of 16 at the checkout today decided to treat me as if I wasn't a human. This behaviour is not acceptable and rules should be reinforced on how to treat customers with respect. Although I love Kmart products, I will definitely not be purchasing from a company that allows their customers to be treated this way.
