Do not trust and stay clear.. gave them asking price and magically offers appeared left right and centre. That was over a month ago same property they're selling still has not sold. Thought it was a waste of time going interstate but found something from another estate agent in the same area. SBR were not direct with me. Honesty and respect are a must when dealing with customers

I would recommend SellBuyRent as a property manager without reservation. Initially Tayla was our property manager and then Tess. Both were very professional and efficient. They ensured that we were kept informed of everything we needed to know but dealt with the hassle and arrangements that were required for maintenance, inspections etc.
