Only service was wash and dry and colour under back of hair did not get. What I usually do from here and had an irate hairdressser embarrassed me. Before always lovely but sat I paid$129 and they owe me a large apology also got no cut which we requested. A ps. After I rang and complained they had me come in and mickala did my hair just as I wanted the junior girl was lively even fgiving me a small scalp massage. If I ever go back it will be the day the rude lady is off

I recently came in and got a restyle cut by Nadia, single best haircut I have ever had! I had the best experience with her. her customer service is beyond amazing. she was welcoming and sweet, she knew exactly what she was doing and walked me through every step! I normally have an issue talking to stylist while they're doing my hair because I get quite anxious but I felt so comfortable and so welcomed. I was even a bit sad that I had to leave after the style. I couldn't possibly recommend Nadia more! so much knowledge and experience. after leaving the salon I was stopped twice to ask about my hair. I have never felt so confident in my life. even showed me how to style it. I love the work she has done. true professional. highly recommend Nadia

Nadia did my hair today. And I have never been so happy with a hairdresser. She made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. She was professional and knew exactly what to do with my hair.I was so pleased to see that everyone there was lovely and friendly and had a good sense of humour. The teamwork displayed was exceptional which I find you don’t often see in many places.Not only was the price I was quoted was better value for money but they have done the best job. Will be going to these guys again.Thank you

i recently came in with dead, at home bleached hair and wanted to fix it up with a balayage and they did not disappoint! mackayla did my hair and she was so nice and made sure i was confident with what i wanted. i would 100% trust her to do my hair again in the future. definitely recommend.

OMG. !!!!!!I never seen my friends hair look so shabbyIt’s always been so perfectTo allow a woman to leave with a haircut like that was atrociousAnd without any remorse when she went back to have it fixed just here’s your money back !!! After cutting it so short that it’s going to take months to get it back to be at least even ion both sidesShould have at least put highlights in it so it didn’t look like a blokes haircut
