They will rip you off and it's full of metal heath patients and there are a lot of drugs in the complex and cops in and out everyday and night

Ideally suited for retiring single men. Rent is too high but i believe a daily meal is provided during kitchen hours.

Kate and Co are doing a fantastic job, has removed all trouble makers and the place has been improved significantly in past 2 years. Now is very stable.

If i could give it 0 I would. Previously lived within very close proximity to place & it was horrendous. Riddled with drug addicts, needles dumped in the gardens, late night fights & arguments by tenants in conflict, police always there. Avoid it like avoiding corona
