I had them swap a new battery out. Had a little hiccup with something post the job and they were very happy to assist me without drama.

$129 bucks to fix a 9th Gen ipad screen , cheapest on the coast by far . Fixed within an hour , can't beat the service here. Outstanding customer servive.

The staff were happy to put on a Paperlike screen protector i brought & spent ages making sure it was all perfect. Only place I've found in whole area that were happy to do it & the guy was so precise & helpful. Definitely going to go back for any tech help!!!

Bought two cases here, when they fail they will never honour a warranty. Never buy here, warranty on a case seal is very important when you pay $120+. Better off buying eBay special for $20 and replace regularly instead of wasting so much on what is meant to be a quality case

PTC replaced a lightning charge socket in my 5th gen iPad. Their service and price was very good, particularly after becoming a registered member at PTC.I recommend PTC

Originally went to Pacific Fair, and they said I needed to take my phone to Robina as they don’t have the facilities to repair XR’s.So took into Robina, they said it would be a 1.5 hour wait. So I waited the 1.5 hours, went back and they said it still wasn’t ready and they had only JUST started. Which was a little infuriating as I had left my number and they said they would let me know if there were any issues.So we waited around another 30 minutes, only for them to hand me a phone that had the back popping off and unsealed, the tech basically shrugged and said the body is bent that’s all they could do. Again made me more upset because they had my number, they could have contacted me to say before taking the phone apart that it would be an issue.Ended up having a heated discussion of me not paying for a service that was never completed correctly.They then said I had to wait another hour to have it completed by the head technician.It was the biggest run around, and wouldn’t recommend.We’ve usually had great experiences, but this one wasn’t very great.

I had my phone screen replaced recently with PTC and their service was exceptional. Easy online booking and really fast turnaround - my repair was ready in less than 30 mins.

Absolutely amazing service, cannot recommend enough!!! A mate and I needed a phone screen replaced in 15 mins as it was completely broken and would not turn on. Henry was exceptional, he was super nice and had our phone working like new. If you need a quick repair with low prices and exceptional service this is the place to go!
