I requested a quote and didn’t hear a response for a month. I sent a follow up email and they responded saying that there wasn’t any insurance details provided (which there infact was). I sent them the insurance details again and a quote was sent to the insurance for $0 stating that the car is a total loss when in fact that in fully incorrect. The cars value greatly exceeds the cost of repairs by thousands of dollars. If you want a place than can do proper quotes and not have you waiting for over a month for that said “quote”, don’t go here.

5 star service. Could not recommend them more. Grant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with his assessment on the repairs of my car. The work was completed to a high standard, no need for any follow ups, and completed quickly. No mucking around. M&D will definitely be my first choice for any future damage / panel repairs in the future.

Moro and Dooly have fixed my Mum's car a few times, the repairs have always been excellent and their customer service is outstanding. Mum told me she really appreciates the way Jacinta and Craig take care of her in particular. Many thanks from the Rooney family!

Something to consider before doing business here.My car went in for a minor body repair (paint scrape on 2 doors and a barely detectable dent) on Monday the 27th of March. A small job which any panel beater could have taken care of in a day or 2 at the most. I was told they would need it for 2 weeks at the time of the quote last November.I rang them on the Wednesday before Easter hoping to get it on Thursday and was told it would be the following Tuesday or Wednesday after Easter. I rang again on the Tuesday to be told Thursday or Friday. Wednesday it was supposedly in the oven and Thursday in the spray booth! Go figure that out.I took them 3 weeks! 13 working days. (I haven't counted Easter.)They did nothing the first week. I went in to collect some keys and sunglasses on the Friday and it was parked over the road with no action. I suspect they did nothing in the second week either.I finally got it back on the 14th of April.I must give credit where its due. The job itself was first class and I was given the car back as clean as a whistle. The people on the shop floor know what they're doing but are being let down by poor management.How often do we see that?Dare I suggest they could've given me a time frame during which they expect the work could be done? I could be contacted to provide the car with a couple of days notice? I would have been happy to do that. It should be possible to do better.

Be careful of your car accessories as you might find something missing when you get your car back!!!Mine I miss a cup holder and I give reception call and they said we will call you back and never did
