Brought a watch from webshop told after paying it needed a new capacitor ( wasnt in description) but kept time ok but wasn't charging properly ok I'm happy to proceedWatch arrives doesn't hold time at all losing 5mins in a 10min periodSend email yup send it back ...What a waste of time and money

A lot of products to buy at above moderate prices. But if you are going to sell or need a cash loan for any particular item, then you are out of luck. They tend to rip people off by giving you the lowest price possible. You never ever get the price that you are looking for. I therefore would not recommend going to this place. You're better off selling your items on Gumtree.

It’s a cashies, what more can you expect?Located on South Road makes it easy to get to, with ample parking throughout the day. Have a wide range of second hand products, making it an exploration for looking for new items each time you visit.Items are priced fairly reasonable for the most part with a few exemptions. Customer service is fantastic for the most part, there’s one or two people there that bring the rest of the team down which is a shame.

I love this particular cash converters! Its fairly large and has easy parking which is such a bonus.There is a good amount of space between the shelves so that you can pass other people and really look at all of the items.I really like the layout of the store on general and it's a wonderful place to find odd items to complete your various collections. They have everything that you could want and you just need to search a bit for a bargain!

Almost got ripped off by this bald guy while I was about to get an Xbox One S, other than that, my experiences at Cashies were relatively fine, so be aware if they decide to rip you off because it can happen to anyone whenever they felt like it.

Since my recent negative review Cash Converters contacted me and was extremely helpful and understanding. The problem was resolved. I still feel they dont give what some items are worth. Therefore make the choice and sell privately. Business is business, but we do have a choice. Cash Converters will listen if you speak up.

Worst customer service from a store manager ever. Stay away. He will refuse to give a refund for a blatant faulty item but instead tell you to just pick out the same thing as a replacement. How does one do that in a second hand store where there was only ever one item to start with or similar items are all in differing conditions? Refused a refund on one item but has now lost the potential sales of many more. Obviously the criteria to run this store is just being able to open the door in the morning.
