This is how the burger was literally thrown into the bag.Also, the staff were speaking incomprehensibly fast while serving.Do you guys do drug tests there?

Best McDonald's I've ever had. I ordered a large dbl cheeseburger meal (with extra mustard and extra pickles) with a iced caramel latte and everything was fantastic with NO waiting time for the drive-thru. Coffee was STELLAR, chips were great and the burger was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back here.

Probably the most worse Macdonals I've been too. First of all I've been there more the enough times to have experienced such rude customer service. Noone gets your order right 80 percent of the time. Then when corrected the workers will argue that I didn't order what I had asked.

Can confidently say I have never received an order and there not be a problem with it. Whether it’s ordering an iced coffee that is meant to come with sugar syrup in it and very clearly doesn’t, or ordering a burger without pickles and onion and it instead is smothered. It’s gotten to the point where I double think if I really want to take the chance or drive out of my way to a different place.

What a joke, meant to be fast food waited almost 20 mins while all their staff were standing around talking, was first in, last to be served, then I get this joke of a burger that someone's taken a bite or something out of it,

Ordered two family dinner boxes, young guy at the speaker was great, very thorough and helpful.Got drinks and was asked to wait for my meal. Waited 10 minutes to get the wrong order, mediocre burgers and cold soggy fries. Rather make the drive to albany creek or strathpine next time.

I made a menulog order for 1 x McChicken Meal and 1 x McFlurry. My order was delivered and of course there was no ice cream. The drink and food were all packed in one bag. The drink in a cup holder which could hold 2 items. I doubt that the driver forgot to pick up a second bag which would hold only the ice cream. It should have been packed in beside the drink. Staff failed to pack it, costing me $8. Obviously, they won’t redeliver a forgotten item and refunds can take days through Menulog. Staff stuffed up and I was left in the lurch. For an order so small, how do you forget one of the TWO items? If I wanted to order another one it would cost me $15.

The young staff cannot hear me when I give them my code number. I have to repeat it often 6 times. Then I have two repeat my order which is usually as simple as a soft serve with a flake. Then when I get to get my order the flake is missing.

Used to be great. Lately been getting cold and dry fries, along with lukwarm and dry nuggets. Tonight I ordered in-store and surprisingly my order sat on the counter for 2 minutes without heating, along with the food not being fresh is just disappointing.
