Actually my appointment was confirmed on online for other day, but I call them and ask if we do it one day earlier, so they confirmed it, and I took day off and by arriving at store, they said in rude way ah we don’t know, it for tomorrow. Very irresponsible, know I don’t know where to go. Well it’s not there fault, it was my big mistake to trust on this store staff.Well I still believe in Bridgestone tyres, but need to look another store, just in the spot.

Have just had my car serviced here and I won't be going anywhere else! Great people, great prices and great service. Suuuper efficient and very professional. I also booked in very last minute with no issues, they made it all really easy!

Went in store for info on a bullbar and service which was dealt with by Jesse. He provided a thorough quote and explained all items on it so I knew what was being played for . I was happy with this so paid a deposit and booked in .On Friday morning day of drop off I was served by Leon whom was quiet rude and stand offish. He advised be pickup would be on the Saturday which I was fine with . I asked if I could keep my stock bumper and lights as it is a new vehicle and he seemed disgruntled about this . Saturday morning 8am Leon told me car was ready for pick up but couldn't install foglights on the bar because of not enough time even though this was the start of a business day .upon picking up I noticed they had removed parts from my vehicle and after asking the where about of he retrieved them from a new box from out the back as though they wanted to keep them . I didn't get a run through of the work done or where my new lights and switches had been fitted and had only discovered missing parts , loose bolts on the bullbar and caps left off under the bonnet from doing my own check over before leaving . When I questioned the issues I was blamed by Leon for the problems and it was done also in a stand offish manner and he had said if I want the light put in I would have to come back . It was obvious Leon was too busy dealing with last nights hangover as he looked like an absolute wreck. Fortunately though Leon doesn't perform the work on vehicles.Over all was a bad experience. I would not recommend the shop nor go back based upon dealing with Leon and the quality of work performed.

Straight up these guys are absolute legends. I've had tyres done, wheels repaired, brakes done, and multiple vehicles go through this place. I used a few local places but this place is easily the best. I won't take my cars anywhere else.

I had a flat tyre ,I'd rung the shop prior whilst waiting for Rd assist ,Leon was not very helpful or understanding lacks empathy told me 10,30 could do the tyre well I'm waiting on assist to help me so how can I bk it in for that time not knowing when Rd assist was coming ,I was taken up there about 11-00 or before by rd assist as my spare wasn't the right fit ,it took a hour of waiting to just plug up the screw in the tyre not even a sorry you'll have to wait his attitude is ignorance and standoffish ,I went bk with my space saver tyre which rim not right fit for my car to be then told we don't do them after telling me first visit I'd need to order it waste of timeWon't be bk Rd assist wasn't impressed either not to mention others I've spoken too ,workers that do the wrk are nice and polite

Staff both in office foor very perfessonel fix my problem and advised me that all of my suspension was in good order. Wnj..ill book again in two months for more work to be done..

Staff are always helpful and can answer any questions about your tyres.

My appointments was confirmed on phone for Friday 12:00 and after planning the whole day according to this, in this store I came to know ah they can’t do it today, come on what a joke. I only done from here because I had discount with them, but it wasted the day, and honestly Discount is not worth, staff was rude, can’t have words to explain the situation.
