The team at Home Alive installed CCTV cameras and alarm system for my elderly mother who lives on her own. They have connected the CCTV cameras to my phone as well as my sibling’s phone so we can always keep an eye on my mum. It’s really reassuring to know we can still keep an eye on her even when we are at work and unable to be with her. She had an old alarm system installed and rather than replacing the whole system (which would’ve cost more money), the team at Home Alive reset the system and created zones which allows my mum to set the alarm inside the house when she’s asleep but not in her room so she can still freely walk around the room without the alarm going off. It’s given my mum so much more confidence being on her own. The team were very professional and responsive. They took time to show us the system and have been happy to answer questions post instal! I would definitely recommend them.
