Domino’s Pizza Marsden Park
WORST experience of my life!! Delivered the wrong order and when I called up to get a replacement, I was told I was wrong and that there was nothing they could do for me because they were too busy. Was then put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and the manager knew who I was instantly like she purposely hung up, then insisted we were in the wrong again and offered us one free pizza next time, when we got TWO wrong pizzas in our initial order. Eventually the manager agreed to send a replacement of our order and we waited another 40 minutes on top of the 1.5hrs we waited to receive the first wrong order. Will never ever order from Domino’s Marsden Park again!!!!

Order one spicy vague with a hot sauce, when I was for pickup I open my box and check there was no sauce as well No spring onions, but charged for all ingredients.. the lady grab my pizza box back and add sauce but look the pick how she adds the sources like just chilly water...

Very dirty store out the front and back, the dishes are hardley ever cleaned properly, and often mess up orders which you can see on their Facebook page. Wouldn’t recommend going to this store.

Order a supreme pizza git the pizza base sauce cheese and bacon 1 bit of pineapple and 3 bits of capsicum I took it back in and said this is not a supreme the guy reply that is a supreme man

Almost 30 mins late on delivery. Ok you're busy so 45 mins fair enough but to be an extra 30 mins is ridiculous. Pizzas are tiny but taste okay

This is my local store I have ordered multiple times few pizzas with them every time I ordered peppy paneer pizza multiple times and I only found 6 pieces of panner on pizza lol seriously why do you even call panner pizza if you can’t even do propper topping I I wish I could take photos of the pizzas which can show you how is your pizza looks like it . I thought May be once in while it happened so I didn’t post but same thing happened 3-4 times in 6 -7 weeks sorry to say but not acceptable when I pay full amount should get full pizza not 4-5 cubes of panner on pizza

Order came an hour late and left on the front door, ruined with ants. When I told the manager I wanted a refund he told me to give it back to the driver and he will process the refund. The fact that he told me to give it back to the driver? So they could re use the pizza ?? He then said I was banned from the store and hung up on me. Worst service ever

Forgotten item. Took 45 min to return with forgotton drink. Offered nothing for the inconvenience. Shop is only a 5 minutes drive away.
