Had a soil test done, gave it to my builder who gave the information onto the structural engineer, house foundations were designed to the information on the soil test.Inspector came out and said this soil doesn't look right and called the engineer, they did some test and agreed, something wasn't right with the soil and it had to be dug deeper (ontop of the extra depth the builder had gone).GTS just pushed the blame onto the structural engineer and ignored the fact the inspector pulled it up. Offered to speak to the engineer and inspector, but that must have been empty offer. At the end of the day, left me with the bill.I'd be cautious hiring these guys.
