Aquatots Swim Centre

Very helpful staff in finding an spot for my son's swim program.

Customer service is abysmal. Impossible to leave and get a refund. When you follow their cancellation policy, they still refuse to honor it and accuse you of being a liar. Aquatots is a scam.

My daughter has been swimming here since she was a little baby and she loves it great atmosphere great staff definitely recommend it

We've been an Aquatots family for 12yrs, and for good reason. Instructors care and connect beautifully with the children, staff are friendly and helpful in the centre. The kids love going to swimming and learning more and more each week.The centre is always clean and well cared for. And Aquatots is continually improving what they do and how they do it. They truly cares about water safety and they're doing something positive about it.

Terrible experience and very unprofessional. While the teachers are lovely to the kids and try their best, customer service is non-existent. They rarely pick up the phone, communication is vague and unclear, changes to times and teachers are often and random (good luck keeping up with all their changes and prepare your child to be disappointed if they look forward to seeing their swimming teacher - they have a tendency to just get changed).If you complain you will be able to experience rude staff that are unable to handle a simple complaint or resolve an issue and rather get snappy and offensive. Don't even try for a refund, you will get weird cancellation policies (if you get a response at all) and instead of refund you get credit for more swimming lessons at their joint (the word cancellation seems to have a different meaning there). I think it's easier to get out of some cults than this swimming school.Not worth the exorbitant cost (because other swim schools have great teachers, too!).

We came over from another swim school who were so ignorant of my then 3 yr old she was second's from drowning in her class.Aquatots has been a godsend for us, ensuring each child is cared for. We have been with them for 9 years. Yes some policies are a bit tough but plan ahead and you don't get caught out. I have always experienced polite staff from teachers to admin. With any group of good people you can get some bad apples, they don't normally last long

Once they deduct money from your account, next to impossible to have a refund even though you have a genuine reason to leave the swimming.They direct debited Term 3 fee, but we had to miss the term 3 for my kid due to health reasons. We asked them to adjust that in term 4 as our interstate move was delayed. Manager told they are booked in for 12 months. No Refund, no place in any term for 12 months.In Nutshell, they took money and didn't give us a place in Term 4. They will keep making the stories/excuses till you finally give up on your money. Only answer you will get from them is – please refer to our cancellation policy.

Only one thing I like this place is high temperature in winter so it's not too cold for my little one. I had a very bad experience which made us to leave this centre. Instructor was too rude to my child, my 5yo boy doesn't want to learn swimming at all since then. The instructor was blaming my boy that he didn't follow his instructions and it was the 1st swimming class!!!! My child had to run to the toilet to hide. The management probably doesn't care what kind of staff they should take to teach kids. It's been long enough we left here but still my child doesn't want to learn swimming from someone.
