Staffs are friendly with regular customers. They greet them by names once walking in the store.As a casual customer, you might feel a little invisible.Brand new short dress made in Australia is $15. Books are $3. H&M suit is $50.Cashier is efficient. Shop is clean and tidy.Great location being in shopping arcade. This might be why prices of products are not very cheap.

Great products and has potential to do well. But after an interaction with staff I left feeling like someone had unloaded all of their frustration on me. Wouldn't recommend if you are feeling at all sensitive. Hope that lady's day got better after that and that they can manage their frustration better in the future.
